Alena Grabb is a senior medical office assistant in our Vancouver office. Alena graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia with a B.Sc. in Applied Animal Biology. After completing her degree, she worked with the BC SPCA as a community outreach coordinator helping low-income individuals access food, supplies and veterinary care. Alena decided to transition from pets to people, and gained experience working as a research assistant at St. Paul’s Hospital in the Interventional Cardiology Department. In hopes of combining her passion for health care and love of science, Alena is working to further her education in the medical field. When not working or studying, Alena loves to cook and to garden. She can often be found with her dog, tending to her home-grown herbs and produce in her little community garden.
